Return, Damage and Exchanges

HOW LONG IT TAKES TO RECEIVE AN ORDER
Please allow for an average delivery time of 4 to 5 weeks for delivery. Rush orders are available upon special request.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping for all photographs and framed posters: All packages are fully insured
Please use your street address, as our shipping companies do not deliver to post office box numbers
Most of our products are shipped via the U.P.S. 
RETURN POLICIES
Due to every Brooks Images order being a custom order, a full refund will not be issued. If you wish to return a piece, you will be refunded your piece amount less return shipping and a 25% (of the purchase) re-stocking fee. The piece must then be returned to us in selling condition. If damage has occurred in some way, we will, at our discretion, place a value of the damage done and any credit issued will be adjusted by the same amount.
Any returns requested 2 weeks after the delivery date or longer will be given a credit (less return shipping) towards the purchase of any image or product or combination of such. The piece must then be returned to us in selling condition. 
A return label will be provided. Once your returned product is received, we will issue you the appropriate credit/refund.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
In the unusual event of a damaged or incorrect order, call us at 954-347-4976, or e-mail us at [email protected] to inform us of the problem. Replace the product back into its original packing materials. We will then issue a call tag for the shipping company to come and retrieve your damaged or incorrect package. We will, in the meantime, reship your order as soon as possible.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges must be received by us in re-sellable condition. If damage has occurred in some way, we will, at our discretion, place a value of the damage done and any credit issued will be adjusted by the same amount.
A return label will be provided. Once your returned product is received, we will ship your new order as soon as possible.
